Provisions for your Wilderness Rafting Adventure

Our river menu will be prepared before you at the rivers edge. We will create dishes using the kitchen ensemble that travels the river with us. You may watch, while your guides utilize the open fire, Dutch ovens and their wilderness kitchen. We provide dining tables and chairs, cups, real plates and silverware to enhance your wilderness cuisine.
For your comfort and pleasure there will always be plenty of liquid refreshment available at no extra charge. Such as: name brand soft drinks, juices, drink mix, Idaho wines (served with most evening meals), fresh water, and plenty of ice. When you are at camp in the evenings and mornings, hot drinks such as coffee, tea, and hot cocoa will also be available. We bring all the standard condiments on your trip, creamer, sugar, milk, salt, pepper, Tabasco, steak sauce, ketchup, etc. Please review our menu. If you have any special dietary needs we will gladly accommodate you.
